2. Camera Positioning
● We set up camera points in key locations of your scene, without textures or details.● We show you a preview with basic geometry to confirm perspectives.
Your feedback
● Adjust camera positions as needed.
3. Preview Rendering
● We add textures, colors, and lighting to the scene and create a first color render for you to review.
Your feedback
● We wait for your feedback on colors, textures, and atmosphere.
4. Finalization
● We make final changes based on your feedback. ● Render and send the final images to you.

What info do you need for a quote?
To be able to estimate the price and time frame we need to know:
● how many images do you have in mind,
● what type of space are we visualizing (interior, exterior, aerial),
● what’s the deadline,
● how are you planning to use the images (for competition, sales, concept showcase or something else).
Also screenshots of the work-in-progress 3d model and any other explanatory images will be very helpful.

Our pricing structure is flexible and tailored to fit various budgets. The prices for 360° Virtual Tours start at $1,200 per space.
What should we prepare on our end before we start the project?
The “starting line” depends on the project and can be slightly different each time.
But no worries. We’ll send you a Production Guide PDF with a list of assets and instructions that will help speed up the process. In most cases we may ask you for:
● 3D model;
● Viewpoint suggestions marked on model screenshots or on the plan
● Location for example pinned on a Google Maps
● Reference images, product links, or descriptions of architectural and landscape materials
● Greenery reference images, plant species names, or sketches and landscape design, if you have one
● Relevant CAD drawings (in PDFs and DWG formats)
● Reference images that capture the desired mood, activities, or overall feel of the project

What is the difference between panoramas 360 and usual 3D visualizations?
Panoramas 360 provides a full spherical perspective, offering the viewer to feel himself inside a virtual space and to examine it from all sides. This creates a more immersive experience in comparison to traditional 3D visualizations, which represent fixed images.
What are the stages of panoramas 360 and how much time does it require?
The development of panorama starts from detailed planning and 3D modeling, after which rendering and post-production follows. The time needed for panorama creation depends on the difficulty of the project, but usually takes from 10-15 working days, depending on the requirements of the quality and details.
What technologies are used for panorama 360 creation?
We use advanced 3D modeling methods in 3Ds Max, complemented with rendering in Corona Renderer. This allows us to create high quality and realistic scenes. Then we apply tools such as Photoshop for detailed elaboration and Pano2VR or Kuula.
How do you protect data?
We understand the importance of protecting our clients' confidential information, which is why we are always ready to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We strictly follow all terms of the agreement and take additional measures to safeguard data at all stages of the process.
Our goal is to create a trust-based environment where clients can feel secure about the safety of their information.Can I choose a currency of the payment?
Yes, you can choose either EUR, USD or PLN. Whatever works best for you.
What if we need to make changes in the project in the future?
We’re happy to help. We can come back to your project if you need to change it or create some additional content. Each project stays in our archive for five years, as clients often come back to us with more commissions.
