Animation Workflow.
1. Brief and Discussion
● Client Inputs: Project description, DWG/PDF drawings, 3D models, material specs, style references, Google Maps location, and preferred camera angles.
● Discussion: Iceberg Visual collaborates with the client to select the animated views.
● Script & Mood: We create a script, storyline, and select a suitable mood, including music, camera speed, animated assets, and lens choice.
● Model Optimization: 3D models are prepared and optimized for each scene (new modeling estimated separately).
2. Pre-compositing
● Viewport Preview: We showcase the storyline with a 3ds Max viewport video synchronized to music, demonstrating camera movements and scene composition.
● Camera Tracking: For added footage, cameras are tracked to match it with the scene.
Your feedback
● Modify camera movements, scene geometry, and frame composition.
3. Key Shot Previews
● Color Previews: Still images of key shots in full color are provided to confirm materials, surroundings, and atmosphere.

● Modifications to materials, surroundings, and overall atmosphere can be made.
4. Low-Resolution Video Previews
● HD Video Preview: A low-res preview (1200x720 px, 25fps) with text and infographics is provided, including animated elements like trees, cars, and people.
● Refinement: One round of adjustments is allowed for object animation and text.

● Additional adjustment rounds are charged separately (up to 10% of total video cost).
5. Finalization
● Final Video: Rendered in full HD (1920×1080 px, 25-30fps) with post-production enhancements for the final delivery.

How much does it cost?
Our pricing structure is flexible and tailored to fit various budgets. The prices for 360° Virtual Tours start at $1,200 per space.
How long does it take to create?
The timeframe depends on the complexity of the project, but it typically takes one to two months.
Are there any additional costs or potential extra fees, such as for revisions or expedited delivery, that we should be aware of?
Usually, we make all necessary changes in the final stages. However, you are welcome to request extra iterations, including up to three rounds of revisions. Each additional round of adjustments adds up to 10%-15% of the total video cost.
