WHAT WAS THE CHALLENGE?
Correctly integrate the 3D geometry of a dome into a drone photo while preserving the perspective and maintaining accurate scale. This required precise consideration of proportions and camera angles to seamlessly blend the dome into the image.
OUR SOLUTION
We used the dimensions of existing buildings as reference points for scaling. A 3D scene was created with primitive shapes to represent the building’s structure, helping us accurately position the dome. By doing so, we ensured the correct perspective and proportions, applying our expertise to finalize the integration.
